Role OverviewWe are looking for qualified Dermatologists and Cosmetologists who wish to use their clinical knowledge in a broader role involving doctor education, training, workshops, and business collaborations. This role is ideal for medical professionals who want to balance clinical expertise with academic and business exposure.
Key Responsibilities- Educate and counsel doctors on cosmetology, trichology, aesthetic medicine, and laser-based treatments.
- Conduct/assist in training programs, workshops, and product knowledge sessions.
- Provide expert inputs for courses on Botox, Fillers, PRP, Lasers, Chemical Peels, and Skin/Hair Aesthetics.
- Collaborate with institutes, clinics, and hospitals to promote advanced learning in aesthetics.
- Act as a medical advisor for Cosderma’s training and product development initiatives.
- Stay updated with new technologies and share insights with the academic and business team.
Requirements- MBBS, MD/DNB in Dermatology OR Diploma in Cosmetology/Aesthetic Medicine.
- Freshers and doctors with up to 3 years’ experience may apply.
- Strong interest in aesthetic dermatology & cosmetology (especially Botox & Fillers).
- Good communication and presentation skills (English/Hindi).
- Enthusiasm for doctor education and academic collaboration, not sales-driven tasks.
